Three guides for the clinic app: your library and plans, the week the patient follows, and seats plus billing.
Start here
- Pick a plan and create the clinic account. Trial signup runs before the setup wizard (14-day money-back).
- If the country is outside the regions RehabPilot serves, the app offers a waitlist. You subscribe by email. The clinic does not open.
- After login, check in with the therapist PIN. Switch therapist from the header.
- Add a patient and build a plan — guide 1.
- Lay out the week and open the free patient app — guide 2.

Prices exclude VAT. Patients are never billed, and there is no patient cap. Media storage has a safety limit of 1 TB per practice. Compare all features and current prices.
Patient app
Free on iOS and Android after your invite. The tabs are Today, My Plan, Calendar, Exercises, and Profile. Today shows the assigned work, or a recovery day when nothing is scheduled. Patients can build their own plan under My Plan. Under Profile, the push switch turns reminders on. With it on, the app schedules one local reminder at 08:00 for the next day within 7 days that has plans. Today is skipped when that workout is already done, or when 08:00 has passed. Plans cached on the device still open offline.
Support
Email [email protected], use contact, or open Support in the app and choose Report a problem. Resolved tickets show the reply. The same form is on Support. See also the FAQ and the changelog.

Where should I start?

Do patients pay for the app?
No. The RehabPilot patient app is free on iOS and Android. You bill per practitioner seat; patients install after your invite.
What is the difference between Starter and Praxis?
Starter is one practitioner: plans, week schedule, a practice library, and the patient app. Praxis adds five seats, extra seats from seat 6, up to five clinics, and a library shared across the team. Week scheduling is included on every plan.
