Add practitioner seats
RehabPilot is priced per practitioner. Clinic supports up to 5 seats; from 6 practitioners or multiple sites, choose Enterprise (custom quote). Optional Patient messaging is a flat add-on (hub tab Exchange).
- In the clinic app open Settings → Manage therapists (admin).
- Add a practitioner; follow on-device login and PIN as guided in the app.
- Seat and plan changes: Manage account opens the web portal (often prorated for the remainder of the term).
Share the exercise library
On Clinic and Enterprise, your practice’s exercise library and plans are shared across the team, so everyone works from the same protocols and any therapist can cover a colleague’s patients. Solo keeps the library on that seat.

Subscription & billing
Settings → Manage account opens the web portal: update your card, download invoices, change seats, or switch between Solo and Clinic. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Enterprise
From 6 practitioners or multiple sites: custom seats, guided onboarding, integrations by arrangement, and invoicing. Patient messaging remains an optional add-on. A DPA/AVV is accepted online at trial signup or checkout. Contact sales for a quote.

How do practitioner seats work?
Clinic is billed per seat per year. Add therapists under Settings → Manage therapists; billing and invoices live under Settings → Manage account (web).
Can therapists share recorded exercises?
Yes on Clinic. Your team shares one exercise library so everyone prescribes from the same clinic-standard movements.
Does the 14-day money-back apply to Clinic?
Yes. New Solo or Clinic subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What is the difference between clinic admin and therapist?
Clinic admins manage seats, billing, and shared settings. Therapists focus on patients, plans, and scheduling on their own seat.
