Is the patient app really free?
Yes. Patients download the iOS or Android app at no cost and follow the plan their clinic assigns.
When should I choose Enterprise?
From 6 practitioners or multiple clinics, or when you need custom onboarding and integrations. Contact sales for a quote — messaging can be negotiated in.
What is the Patient messaging add-on?
An optional flat annual fee for the practice (not per seat, never per patient) so therapists can message patients in the app. On Solo and Clinic it is an add-on; on Enterprise it can be negotiated into the quote.
