Week and app
Plan the week, invite patients, see adherence — clear and clinic-ready.
Move the plan from tablet to home therapy: set the week (Clinic & Enterprise), invite the patient, use progress in the next session.
Schedule the week
- Open the patient and switch to the Week plan tab (Clinic and Enterprise).
- Drag plans onto the weekdays they should run — leave days empty for rest.
- Adjust the week as the patient progresses; build new plans when you need to change dosage or exercises.
Invite the patient
On the patient Info tab, send an invitation email. They install the free RehabPilot app and sign in — assigned plans and the week schedule appear automatically.

Track adherence and progress
On the patient Info tab you see recent completions and how consistently they follow the plan. Use this at the next session to adjust dosage, swap exercises, or progress the program.
Keep session notes
Record assessment and treatment notes on the patient Info tab so the practice has the full picture. On Clinic and Enterprise, notes and plans are shared across the practice team.
