Delete Account

Patients delete in the app. Clinics request deletion by email.

There is no self-service account deletion on this website. How you delete depends on whether you use RehabPilot as a patient or as a clinic.

Patients — delete in the app

  1. Open the RehabPilot app and sign in.
  2. Go to your profile.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Clinics — request deletion by email

Practice accounts, subscriptions, and practice data are not removed with a one-tap delete in the app. To request deletion or closure of a clinic account, email [email protected] with the subject line RehabPilot account deletion.

Please include:

  • the email address of the clinic account;
  • the clinic/practice name if known;
  • whether you want the practice closed and associated user access removed.

We will confirm the request and delete or anonymise account data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention (for example invoices and clinical documentation where required by law).

In the app you can open these instructions from Practice settings → Delete account. Billing and payment methods remain under Manage account on the web portal.
