Patient app terms

These terms apply to the free RehabPilot patient app. They are not the clinic subscription terms (Terms of Service for practices).

Your clinic is responsible

You use the app on behalf of your treating clinic. The clinic decides how your data is used and provides you with its privacy information (Art. 13/14 GDPR). RehabPilot processes data as the clinic’s processor under the DPA.

What the app does

The app shows exercise plans, reminders, and progress your clinic assigns. Optional in-app messages and emails (e.g. invites, week-plan PDFs) are sent by your clinic for therapy and organisation — not for marketing by RehabPilot.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other patients’ data, or interfere with security. You may delete your login in the app profile; treatment records held by the clinic are managed by the clinic.
